Professional liability (E&O) coverage is available through the I-Elite Risk Purchasing Group, LLC (IE RPG) and is administered by EliteMGA, LLC; a leading provider of home inspection Errors & Omissions insurance exclusively for members of InterNACHI. I-Elite RPG has been organized as a risk purchasing group in Pennsylvania pursuant to the Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986, 15 U.S.C. 3901 Est seq. (LRRA). A Risk Purchasing Group (RPG) is a legal entity formed in compliance with the LRRA that allows insureds with similar risk profiles to join together to purchase liability insurance from commercial insurance carriers on a group basis, potentially resulting in significant cost savings with broadened coverage for individual RPG members.
Submission of an online application confirms your desire to receive Professional liability coverage (E&O) quotes and/or coverage through I-Elite RPG (where available). You become a member of I-Elite RPG once your complete application has been approved and your membership/RPG fee and premium payments are received. This fees are allocated to licensing, software, and other costs of operation of the RPG. I-Elite RPG issues individual policies from the insurance company and each member of the I-Elite RPG receives their own policy as their evidence of coverage. The limits of insurance apply individually to each insured member—there are no shared limits of liability with any other members.
This fee is invoiced and paid in full prior to issuance of all E&O policies and is nonrefundable.
